Shelbi Rice, Student President of the Arkansas High School Rodeo Association and Natural Dam native, is paying it forward by fighting hunger one can at a time and one community at a time throughout Arkansas. Shelbi is helping with the Little Free Food Pantries in every town that the high school rodeos visit and she plans to start a pantry in Cedarville. You are an inspiration, Shelbi!
